My clients are ambitious, dedicated senior leaders and board directors - or those with high potential to be. I’m the first choice for people who balance their values with achievement, often working with those in fast moving, regulated industries facing high accountability.

At your level, I don't need to coach you on how to succeed – you have already achieved a great deal. You may have noticed though that the strategies that have worked for you up to now are not as effective anymore, as your role scope and level of responsibility changes. I coach you on how to adapt your leadership and approach to successfully embrace, enhance, and enjoy the position you have gained.

You may never have had a coach, or had a bad experience – if so, you’ll feel reassured by some of the success stories detailed here. Everyone needs someone to help them develop as they go through their work life and I will run alongside you. As your coach, I will help you recognise what conscious, and sometimes unconscious, emotions and assumptions affect your behaviour, perceptions and decisions. In our approach together, silences are valued spaces for thinking and reflecting.

 

You are not afraid to reflect on your own leadership practice and examine the impact of your relationships and emotions. You are willing to explore together what comes from our conversations and take responsibility for taking action and making changes, and your are receptive to reflection and challenge.
