Leadership Partnership

Leadership is demanding. You don't have to navigate it alone.

There are moments in every leadership role when experience isn't enough, and the approaches we've relied on until now no longer seem the right answer.

The decisions become more complex, expectations increase and relationships become more nuanced. You carry responsibility that few fully understand, yet finding somewhere to think openly and honestly can feel almost impossible.

Leadership partnership gives you that space.

A confidential relationship where you can step back, untangle what is really going on, challenge your own thinking and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

A trusted thinking partner

Whether you're leading an organisation, a major programme or navigating a significant transition, it's easy to become consumed by imediate pressures.

Together we create a space to slow down your thinking, notice what matters and explore the dynamics shaping the situation around you.

Our conversations might focus on:

  • navigating complexity and uncertainty

  • making difficult decisions

  • leading through change

  • influencing without formal authority

  • managing challenging relationships

  • strengthening confidence and resilience

  • preparing for significant career transitions

  • adapting your leadership approach to meet a changing context and expectations.

Sometimes we work on immediate challenges and sometimes we explore deeper patterns that will strengthen your leadership for years to come.

My approach

I bring over two decades experience in executive coaching, leadership development and governance, working with senior leaders across health, public service, finance and complex organisations.

Alongside coaching, I've supported baord members, led national work focused on culture and worked with leaders facing significant organisational and personal challenges.

Clients often tell me they value the balance of challenge and support I bring. I'll ask the difficult questions when they're needed, while creating a space where you can think openly, honestly and without judgement. There are no formulas or off-the-shelf models. Every partnership is shaped around you, your context and teh realities of your leadership.

What changes

When leaders have somewhere to think well, they lead differently. Clients describe becoming more confident in difficult conversations, making clearer decisions, navigating uncertainty with greater composure and leading with increased authenticity.

The work isn't about becoming a different leaders. It's about becoming a more thoughtful, grounded and effective version of the leader you already are.

Is Leadership Partnership right for you?

This is for leaders who want more than the occassional coach. It's for people who value having a trusted partners alongside them as they navigate the realities of leadership. Someone who understands the complexity, notices what others might miss (or not tell you) and helps them think more clearly when the stakes are high.

If that sounds like the kinds of partnership you're looking for, I'd be pleased to explore whether we're the right fit.

"Working with Cat during a pivotal period of transition at work was truly transformative. Her ability to ask questions with curiosity, her emotional intelligence, and to offer the right level of challenge helped me navigate uncertainty with clarity and confidence. I emerged from the experience not only better prepared for my next leadership chapter, but also more self-aware and grounded in my approach to leading others."
