I work with senior leaders, boards, and organisations to navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and humanity. My career has spanned national policy, organisational improvement, and the human side of leadership - a combination that enables me to translate big‑picture strategy into grounded, people‑centred action.
Over 20 years, I’ve supported senior leaders to adapt through some of the most challenging periods in recent history. My practice is rooted in the belief that better systems start with better conversations: clearer insight, deeper reflection, and more intentional choices.
Today, I partner with organisations as a leadership strategist, executive coach and researcher - helping them see their system more clearly, design programmes that align with real‑world need, and move forward in ways that are both ambitious and sustainable. My work spans senior leadership development, organisational insight and system improvement.
I’m particularly interested in how policy and strategy becomes practice, how culture shapes performance, and how leaders can hold both relational and strategic depth in fast‑moving, scrutinised environments. My approach is grounded, values‑led, and always in service of creating conditions where people and systems can thrive.
