Our work together

Through coaching, I offer space to step back and think. Together, we carve out time for you to explore your thoughts, doubts and ideas in confidence with someone with no personal agenda, beyond supporting you to develop and hone your own approach to leadership.

My coaching clients are ambitious, dedicated senior leaders and board directors - or those with high potential to be. I’m the first choice for people who balance their values with achievement, often working with those in fast moving, often regulated industries, facing high accountability.

My coaching services emphasise personal development and leadership maturity. Our focus is you, now, in your entirety in your current role - your competencies, skills and talents, life story, own aspirations and goals, and personality - within your wider organisational system.

You are not afraid to reflect on your own leadership practice and examine the impact of your relationships and emotions. You are willing to explore together what comes from our conversations and take responsibility for taking action and making changes, and you are receptive to reflection and challenge.

The leaders I work with are often facing a time of change, personally or professionally. They are responding to implicitly or overtly changing expectations of their leadership in fast changing, high-pressure jobs, in a volatile context. As such, they are navigating different priorities and needs which require advanced, flexible leadership approaches. I coach you on how to adapt and broaden your leadership to successfully embrace, enhance, and enjoy the position you have gained.

My aim is for you to leave our sessions feeling heard and supported, and together we reflect on what is really going on. Over time, working on yourself in this way equips you with a wider perspective and set of skills to draw on to help you move forward confidently and with renewed purpose. This way of working also has clear, evident benefits for the organisation.

We will work together one-on-one for 60 or 90 minutes, for a series of sessions, in person or remotely – you can find more on my packages here.

Oli, Health and Care Specialist

NHS Trust

“Catherine’s ability to help me think differently in a safe and constructive way has been really impactful for me, moving me to more positive belief and confidence in what I can bring as a leader in the NHS. Thank you."
